About us

We in the property management team are responsible for the management and operation of Region Kronoberg's total property portfolio and the implementation of projects within the framework of operation, maintenance, and service. The property portfolio covers approximately 300,000 square meters. Our overarching goal is to provide functional and reliable healthcare facilities.

In total, we are about 60 employees, located at the hospitals in Ljungby and Växjö. There are 19 people working in property services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a service technician who wants to be part of our team.

In this role, you will work with service and maintenance of appliances, dishwashers, disinfection and sterilization equipment, such as autoclaves, washer-disinfectors, and other similar equipment. The work primarily takes place at our customers' locations, meaning you will be in hospital environments and other healthcare facilities.

Your tasks will also include recurring statutory inspections, preventive maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and emergency service. You will work independently but always have support from a competent team.

The position may include on-call duty with a response time of 30 minutes.

The position will be classified for security protection and requires approved security clearance and background check in accordance with the Security Protection Act.

QUALIFICATIONS

The position requires that you have an electrical-telecommunication technical education and good knowledge of troubleshooting in electrical engineering and mechanics or equivalent competencies.

You are accustomed to working with technical equipment and have good computer skills. Since the work involves communication both internally and externally, it is important that you are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license (B) is required as travel between different workplaces occurs.

If you also have experience from similar tasks, we consider it an advantage.
